Sometimes the smallest detail deserves a closer look.

For The Lady Emerges Ring, I intentionally stepped away from the more elaborate wirework found throughout the rest of the collection. A single purple glass bead—the same type used in the Lady's headdress on the necklace—is cradled within spirals of copper wire.

Those spirals do double duty. They secure and frame the bead, but their circular form also quietly echoes the hand-formed copper roses that appear throughout The Lady Emerges design. The result is a ring that draws from two details of the original necklace—the purple of the Lady's headdress and the curling copper rose motif—without simply reproducing either one.

Simple and understated compared with the other pieces in the set, it's an easy everyday treasure and a quiet finishing touch to The Lady Emerges collection.
